Section 1. Short title

The short title of this Act is the “True Representation Act of 2026”.

Section 2. Severability

If any provision of this Act or the application of any provision of this Act to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, the application of such provision to other persons or circumstances, and the remainder of this Act, shall not be affected thereby.

Section 3. Amendments

The Federal Representation Act of 2026 shall be amended to add a section 6, which shall read as follows:

1. “Any and all elections for offices governing or representing the Grand Commonwealth of Latomé that have their votership reserved to that of the citizens of Latomé shall be held solely in the server of the Grand Commonwealth of Latomé, with such including but not being limited to the elections of:
2. Governors,
3. Lieutenant Governors,
4. Senators,
5. Representatives;”
