Note that the Quebie Accords were declared null and void when the Constitution was ratified and entered into force.
However, the Quebie Accords played an important role in bridging the time (and allowed for a provisional government) between the reunification of the 16th and 17th Republics and the Constitutional Convention putting forth the Draft Constitution and its ratification. It also allowed for the 16th and 17th Republics to reunify in peace and thus is an important historical document.
It is for these reasons that it is included here on the website of the Office of Legislative Support.
