SECTION I. SHORT TITLE

This Act may be cited as the “State Partnership Act.”

SECTION II. FINDINGS

Findings.–The Senate finds the following:

(a) Such immigration laws provide a valuable opportunity for Arcadia to expand.

SECTION III. NON-CITIZEN POLITICAL PARTICIPATION

(a) There shall be established a role titled “Immigrant”, which shall have access to all channels granted to Arcadian citizens;

(b) The Immigrant role shall be provided to all persons who are not citizens of Krameria, however hold primary residence in Arcadia;

(c) Immigrants shall possess equal political rights to Arcadian citizens within Arcadia, however shall have no federal voting rights;

(i) In accordance with the Second Amendment to the Constitution, Immigrants may serve in any position within the Arcadian government immediately upon moving to Arcadia, with the exception of Governor and any position representing Arcadia before the federal government, wherein the 48 hour timer defined in the First Amendment shall apply;

(d) Immigrants who gain citizenship in Krameria shall automatically be registered as Arcadian citizens;

(e) The Governor shall manage the immigration system, however may delegate this task to other individuals as they see fit; and

(f) Arcadian citizens and Immigrants who establish residence in another state shall automatically lose their Arcadian citizenship or Immigrant status.

SECTION IV. PARTNERSHIPS

(a) There shall be established an executive department titled the “Department of State”, which shall be lead by the “Secretary of State”, who may be appointed by the Governor with the advice and consent of the Senate, and may be dismissed by the Governor;

(b) The following individuals shall possess the right to enter Arcadia into a partnership, with such partner’s link to be posted in #║🤝-partnerships and the Arcadian partnership link to be posted in such partner’s equivalent channel:

(i) Governor;

(ii) Secretary of State;

(iii) Server Owner;

(iv) Server Triad; and
