It is the policy of the Government that:
- Krameria will remain neutral in all foreign conflicts which do not involve Krameria.
- Krameria will not support the following actions to occur on its territory:
- Belligerents moving troops or convoys of either munitions of war or supplies across the territory of Krameria.
- Belligerents erecting or using equipment on the territory of Krameria for war or other purely military purposes.
- Krameria's military will not assist or support belligerents in foreign conflicts which do not involve Krameria, unless provoked or otherwise caused to join the conflict.
- Krameria will, if it does assist or hinder belligerents in foreign conflicts, do so equally to all belligerents.
- Krameria will assist any sick or injured military personnel or civilians from belligerents in foreign conflicts, regardless of its neutrality, for humanitarian purposes, including but not limited to by providing them with food, clothing, and humanitarian relief.
- Krameria will adhere to the Hague Convention (V), on the rights and duties of neutral parties, as much as possible as a neutral party.
This Presidential Foreign Policy Doctrine is not binding upon the legislative or judicial branches of the government, nor is it an act of law. It is simply the official foreign policy of the executive government.
