Since the geographical commission has been disbanded following the completion of their objective (I think), I create the Kramerian General Survey as an agency within the DHS and appoint some members of the commission to the agency. The agency shall continue to do the same things as the presidential commission previously did, reporting directly to the Herald General’s Office.

The Herald General shall appoint two equal Co-Directors for this agency. They are empowered to decide hiring matters, publish completed work and engage in legal actions to further their directive, under the Herald General’s oversight and supervision. The agency shall carry out all actions mandated by law to the DHS regarding the official maps and surveying, under the Herald General’s supervision. The Herald General retains the right to intervene if necessary, and shall be a permanent member of the agency.
