SECTION I. SHORT TITLE

This Act may be cited as the “Great Seal Act.”

SECTION II. ADOPTION

The Commonwealth of Arcadia shall adopt for itself a great seal. This great seal shall be made by the Secretary of Arcadian Heraldry and shall be adopted with the approval of the Senate.

The Great Seal shall be as attached.

SECTION III. SEVERABILITY

Should any provision of this Act be deemed illegal or unconstitutional in a court of law, the remainder of the Act shall remain in effect.

SECTION IV. ENACTMENT

Effective Date.–This Act shall come into effect immediately upon passage.
