SECTION I.

1. I hereby create the “Office of Arcadian Heraldry Services” also abbreviated to “OAHS”.
2. It shall be run by the, “Secretary of the OAHS”also known as the, “Secretary of Arcadian Heraldry”.
3. The OAHS shall be tasked with creating the heraldry for the Commonwealth and shall have an office in Rosemont Castle.

SECTION II. SEVERABILITY

Should any provision of this order be deemed illegal or unconstitutional in a court of law, the remainder of the order shall remain in effect.
