SECTION I.

1. I hereby create the, “Ash Ricci Dining hall” in Franchesca Castle.
2. The Ash Ricci Dining hall shall be used for meetings with the Governor of Arcadia and other persons at the Governors leisure.
3. This Channel shall be placed under the Cabinet Office.

SECTION II. SEVERABILITY

Should any provision of this order be deemed illegal or unconstitutional in a court of law, the remainder of the order shall remain in effect.
