CONSTITUTION OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF ARCADIA

EFFECTIVE 10/02/2026

Article I

1. The Commonwealth of Arcadia shall be a state of the Republic of Krameria.
2. The official bird of the Commonwealth of Arcadia shall be the dove.
3. There shall be one motto of the Commonwealth of Arcadia: “Krameria’s Heartland.”
4. The official plant of the Commonwealth of Arcadia shall be the rose.
5. The official colors of the Commonwealth of Arcadia shall be blue and white.
6. Citizens of the Commonwealth of Arcadia shall be “Arcadian.”

Article II

1. The Governor of the Commonwealth of Arcadia shall be elected every two weeks during the federal presidential elections.
2. The Governor of the Commonwealth of Arcadia shall be elected using Ranked Choice Voting.
3. The Governor of the Commonwealth of Arcadia shall have all executive powers of the Commonwealth invested in him.
4. The Governor of the Commonwealth of Arcadia shall issue executive orders to enforce the laws of the state.
5. Upon the death or removal of the Governor, the President of the Senate shall serve as the new Governor, unless the Senate prescribes such law as to apply a different line of succession.
6. The Governor shall have the power to nominate Justices and the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, with the advice and consent of the Senate. Justices shall serve until they die, retire, or are otherwise removed in accordance with this Constitution.
7. The Governor shall appoint the heads of all executive departments and agencies, unless otherwise provided by this Constitution or by law.
8. The Governor may remove any executive officer at will, unless removal protections are expressly provided by this Constitution.
9. Executive departments and their officers shall be subordinate to the Governor and shall exercise only those powers delegated to them by the Governor or by law.
10. The Senate may regulate the structure, funding, and duties of executive departments by law, provided such laws do not deprive the Governor of core executive authority.
