BILL OF COMPLAINT

1. Jurisdiction

This Court has jurisdiction pursuant to Article 38 of the Constitution of the Republic of Krameria.

2. Statement of Facts

• On March 15th, 2026 at 4:20 PM CST the "Republic Electoral Act of March, 2026" was signed into law which prescribes: ""Directors of the KEB shall be subject to impeachment using the same method as any other government official."
• The Constitution of Krameria only provides two types of impeachment, one for the President and one for Justices of the Supreme Court.
• The Constitution does not establish a general or default impeachment procedure applicable to "any other government official." (for example doesn't mention Civil Officers of Krameria or etc)

3. Cause(s) of Action

Title 2, Section 1, Subsection 3 of the Republic Electoral Act of March, 2026 or otherwise known as Title 6, Chapter 1, Part 101, § 101.2, Sub-§ B of the Kramerian Code is Unconstitutional as it purports to exercise an impeachment power not granted to Congress or to establish a impeachment power beyond its authority.

4. Prayer for Relief Complainant respectfully requests that this Court grant the relief sought, including:

• A declaration that Title 2, Section 1, Subsection 3 of the Republic Electoral Act of March, 2026 or otherwise known as Title 6, Chapter 1, Part 101, § 101.2, Sub-§ B of the Kramerian Code is unconstitutional and void.
• Such other and further relief as this Court deems just and proper.
