Section One. Preface

1. This act shall be briefly titled the Arcadian Vegetables Tariff Act of 2025.
2. This act shall be effective immediately upon passage, except for provisions where effect is explicitly stated otherwise.
3. Should any portion of this act be found to be unconstitutional or otherwise illegal, only that portion of the act shall be struck out, and the rest shall remain in effect.

Section Two. Findings

1. Arcadian vegetables are made through low-quality mass production
2. This allows them to be sold for very cheap prices all across Krameria
3. Latomese farmers with their high-quality, but also high-price vegetables cannot compete with these cheap vegetables alone
4. It is therefore necessary for the government of Latomé to protect the agriculture of Latomé using tariffs

Section Three. Tariffs on Arcadian Vegetables

1. There shall be a one-hundred per cent tariff imposed on all vegetables, which are to be imported from or through the Duchy of Arcadia
