SECTION I. SHORT TITLE

This act shall be known as the, “Arcadian Flag Act”

SECTION II. FINDINGS

The Arcadian Commonwealth lacks a unifying Flag.

SECTION III. THE ARCADIAN FLAG

§ 1.00 Establishment

There shall be established an official flag of the Commonwealth of Arcadia, which shall consist of a vertical triband of blue, white, and blue, at a ratio of 1:1.25:1, with a Red Rose with golden leaves in the center, flanked by two green laurels, and with a white dove facing right with its arms outstretched between the bases of the laurels.

§ 1.05 Design of the Flag

The following image shall serve as the recommended configuration of the flag of the Commonwealth of Arcadia:

SECTION V. SEVERABILITY

Should any provision of this Act be deemed illegal or unconstitutional in a court of law, the remainder of the Act shall remain in effect.

SECTION VI. ENACTMENT

Effective Date.–This Act shall come into effect immediately upon passage.
