Be it resolved by the Senate, the Governor, and the People of the Commonwealth of Arcadia by referendum, the following shall be considered an Amendment to the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Arcadia;
“ARTICLE I
Notwithstanding the provisions of Article VII, the maximum number of candidates that may be nominated by one party for any given election shall be equal to the number of seats available in said election.”
