Section I. Short title

The short title of this Amendment shall be “3rd Amendment to the Constitution”

Section II. Amendment

1. A person who was as Governor impeached by the Grand Peer shall not be eligible for the offices of Governor and Lieutenant Governor until a month has passed after such impeachment.
2. Such disability may not be overridden via a line of succession determined by this constitution or by law.
3. The Grand Peer may remove such disability by a supermajority vote.

Section III. Implementation

This Amendment shall be implemented immediately upon being ratified by the people of the Grand Commonwealth of Latomé
