Section VII of the Updating Executive Departments Act is hereby amended by adding "To manage Waste Management and Environmental Protection services and programs through Krameria Waste Services (KWS)" to the list of powers of the Secretary of the Interior, to be placed after "To manage federal agricultural services and programs.”
