Section I. Short title

The short title of this Amendment shall be “2nd Amendment to the Constitution”

Section II. Amendment

  1. In the event of a vacancy from the office of the Governor, the line of succession shall be as follows:
    1. Lt. Governor
    2. President Intermaire of the Grand Peer
    3. The Grand Peer with the most signatures on their letter of representation
    4. The Senior-Most Grand Judge
  2. If the line of succession fails in filling the vacancy, a special election shall be held for the office

Section III. Implementation

This Amendment shall be implemented immediately upon being ratified by the people of the Grand Commonwealth of Latomé
