In any prosecution for an offense, it is an affirmative defense that the Defendant engaged in the unlawful conduct because a government official or member of staff, or a person acting in cooperation with the same, seeking to obtain evidence against them for the purposes of pursuing a criminal prosecution, employed extraordinary coercion or pressuring actions to induce the Defendant to engage in the unlawful conduct, though he would not otherwise be disposed to commit such an offense; provided that the mere creation of an opportunity allowing the Defendant to engage in the unlawful conduct by the government official or member of staff, including but not limited to the use of undercover solicitations or operations, fake or simulated schemes, or the offering of bribes, shall not constitute entrapment if the Defendant readily accepted the opportunity.
