Persons authorised by the Kramerian Bureau of Investigation, when participating in an undercover operation or in the course of their duty, may be granted qualified immunity by the Director of the Kramerian Bureau of Investigation to reasonably engage in otherwise illegal or unlawful activity, state or local statute, rule, or regulation to the contrary notwithstanding.
