Be it resolved by the Senate, the Governor, and the People of the Commonwealth of Arcadia by referendum, the following shall be considered an Amendment to the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Arcadia;
ARTICLE I
No individual, not primarily holding residence in the Commonwealth of Arcadia for at least 48 hours, shall be eligible to run for election nor hold any office within the Government of the Commonwealth of Arcadia, nor representing the Commonwealth of Arcadia before the federal government.
ARTICLE II
Any individual holding any office within the Government of the Commonwealth of Arcadia, or representing the Commonwealth of Arcadia before the federal government, who does not primarily reside within the Commonwealth of Arcadia, shall automatically be considered recalled by the People of the Commonwealth of Arcadia, with their replacement to be determined in accordance with the other provisions of this Constitution and with Arcadian law.
