1. Except in cases and under circumstances expressly authorised by the Constitution or an Act of Congress, a person is guilty of Using Posse Comitatus when they use the military, including but not limited to any part of the Army, the Navy, or the Air Force as a posse comitatus or otherwise to execute any laws whatsoever.
2. Using Posse Comitatus shall be a Fourth-Degree Felony.
