1. A person is guilty of Committing War Crimes when they—
   1. commit an offence detailed within the Geneva Conventions;
   2. commit an offence detailed within the Hague Conventions; or
   3. commit an offence detailed within the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court.
2. Committing War Crimes shall be a First-Degree Felony.
