1. Crimes within this Part shall be exclusively investigated by the Kramerian Bureau of Investigation, due to the possibility of national catastrophe.
2. Assistance may be requested from the military and any Federal, State, or local agency, including but not limited to the Army, Navy, and Air Force, any statute, rule, or regulation to the contrary notwithstanding, also due to the possibility of national catastrophe.
