- A person is guilty of Violence against Congress and the Government when they kill, kidnap, assault, doxx, coerce, blackmail, harass, or commit any violent crime or crime within Part 110 of this Chapter against—
- any individual who is a Congressperson or a Congressperson-elect;
- a member or acting member of the Presidential Cabinet;
- the Director or Head of any agency within the executive branch of the Government, including acting appointments;
- the chief or acting chief of any branch of the military; or
- a Justice of the Supreme Court, or a person nominated to be a Justice of the Supreme Court.
- Violence against Congress and the Government shall be exclusively investigated by the Kramerian Bureau of Investigation.
- Assistance may be requested from the military and any Federal, State, or local agency, including but not limited to the Army, Navy, and Air Force, any statute, rule, or regulation to the contrary notwithstanding.
- In a prosecution for Violence against Congress and the Government, the Government need not prove that the defendant knew that the victim of the offence was an individual protected by this section.
- Violence against Congress and the Government shall be a First-Degree Felony.
