1. A person is guilty of Orchestrating Death Fights when they—
   1. compel, coerce, force, recruit, harbour, transport, provide, or obtain any person to engage in forced physical combat, forced violent performance, or combat-based entertainment;
   2. organise, conduct, direct, or manage any event, contest, match, or performance where participants are compelled or coerced to engage in physical combat or severe physical contestation; or
   3. subjects any person to conditions of captivity, training, or preparation intended to coerce or force such person into participating in physical combat or violent contests.
2. Orchestrating Death Fights shall be a First-Degree Felony.
