1. A person is guilty of Sale Into Slavery when they—
   1. hold a person to involuntary servitude for any term;
   2. sells a person into any condition of involuntary servitude for any term;
   3. brings within the Republic any person held to involuntary servitude for any term; or
   4. brings within the Republic any person sold into any condition of involuntary servitude for any term.
2. Sale Into Slavery shall be a Second-Degree Felony, but if doxxing, coercion, blackmail, harassment, any violent crime or a crime within Part 110 of this Chapter was committed in its commission, it shall be enhanced to a First-Degree Felony.
