1. A person is guilty of Enticement Into Slavery when they—
   1. kidnap or carry away any person, with the intent that they be sold into involuntary servitude, or held as a slave;
   2. entice, persuade, or induce any other person to go on board any vehicle or to any place with the intent that they may be made or held as a slave, or sent out of the country to be so made or held.
2. Enticement Into Slavery shall be a Second-Degree Felony, but if doxxing, coercion, blackmail, harassment, any violent crime or a crime within Part 110 of this Chapter was committed in its commission, it shall be enhanced to a First-Degree Felony.
