1. A person is guilty of Inflicting Peonage when they—
   1. hold or return any person to a condition of peonage; or
   2. arrest any person with the intent of placing them in or returning them to a condition of peonage.
2. Inflicting Peonage shall be a Second-Degree Felony, but if doxxing, coercion, blackmail, harassment, any violent crime or a crime within Part 110 of this Chapter was committed in its commission, it shall be enhanced to a First-Degree Felony.
