1. A person is guilty of Identity Theft when they—
   1. transfer, possess, or use, without lawful authority, a means of identification of another person;
   2. falsely make, falsify or alter messages sent by a person; or
   3. falsely assume the identity of or pretend to be another person.
2. Identity Theft shall be a Third-Degree Felony.
