1. A person is guilty of Forgery of Government Document when they—
   1. forge, counterfeit or alter any government-issued document, except for currency, obligations or securities of the Republic; or
   2. keep, possess or conceal any falsely made, forged, counterfeited, or altered government-issued document, except for currency, obligations or securities of the Republic.
2. Forgery of Government Document shall be a Second-Degree Felony.
