1. A person is guilty of Forgery of Court Document when they—
   1. forge, counterfeit or alter any court order or other court-issued document; or
   2. keep, possess or conceal any falsely made, forged, counterfeited, or altered court order or other court-issued document;
   3. shall be guilty of Forgery of Court Document.
2. Forgery of Court Document shall be a Second-Degree Felony.
