1. A person is guilty of Forgery when they—
   1. forge, counterfeit or alter any contractual or otherwise binding legal document, except for a court order, other court-issued document, or a government-issued document; or
   2. keeps in possession or conceals any falsely made, forged, counterfeited, or altered contractual or otherwise binding legal document, except for a court order, other court-issued document, or a government-issued document.
2. Forgery shall be a Fourth-Degree Felony.
