§ 106.2 Powers of the Secretary of the Interior

The Secretary of the Interior shall exercise the following powers:

To manage federal public housing programs;
To manage federal energy production;
To manage and oversee federal public transit programs
To oversee and administer roleplay spaces, including the authority to void actions;
To manage federal agricultural services and programs
To manage building safety and construction standards
1. If a local law, ordinance, or regulation imposes a stricter standard, higher requirement, or more restrictive rule than the federal counterpart, the stricter local law shall apply and supersede any conflicting provision herein.
To manage the design and regulation and construction of road signage, road markings and traffic signals
To manage Waste Management and Environmental Protection services and programs through Krameria Waste Services (KWS)
