1. A person is guilty of Causing Military Losses when they—
   1. makes or conveys false reports or false statements to directly or indirectly interfere with the operation or success of the Military of the Republic of Krameria, including but not limited to the Army, Navy, Air Force, the militaries of the several States and the national guards of the several States, or to promote the success of their enemies; or
   2. otherwise indirectly interfere with the operation or success of the Military of the Republic of Krameria, including but not limited to the Army, Navy, Air Force, the militaries of the several States and the national guards of the several States, or to promote the success of their enemies.
2. Causing Military Losses shall be a First-Degree Felony.
