1. A person is guilty of Interfering with the Military when they—
   1. directly or indirectly interfere with, impair, or influence the loyalty, morale, or discipline of the Military of the Republic of Krameria, including but not limited to the Army, Navy, Air Force, the militaries of the several States and the national guards of the several States; or
   2. directly or indirectly advise, counsel, or urge insubordination, disloyalty, mutiny, or refusal of duty by any member of the Military of the Republic of Krameria, including but not limited to the Army, Navy, Air Force, the militaries of the several States and the national guards of the several States.
2. Interfering with the Military shall be a First-Degree Felony.
