1. A person is guilty of Attempting to Overthrow the Government when they—
   1. overthrow or destroy the government of the Republic of Krameria or the government of any State, Territory, District or Possession thereof, or the government of any political subdivision therein, by force or violence, or by the assassination of any officer of any such government;
   2. directly or indirectly advocate, aid, abet, advise, or teach the duty, necessity, desirability, or propriety of taking actions within Paragraph (a) of this Subsection;
   3. prints, publishes, edits, issues, circulates, sells, distributes, or publicly displays any written or printed matter directly or indirectly advocating, aiding, abetting, advising, or teaching the duty, necessity, desirability, or propriety of taking actions within Paragraph (a) of this Subsection; or
   4. conspire with one or more persons to take any actions within Paragraphs (a), (b), (c), or (d) of this Subsection.
2. Attempting to Overthrow the Government shall be a First-Degree Felony.
