1. In cases of immediate threat to national security, the Director may authorize temporary emergency action which may usually require a warrant.
  2. All emergency actions must be submitted to a Federal Court for judicial review within seventy-two (72) hours.
  3. Failure to obtain judicial approval within the aforementioned time limit shall require such action to be reversed and result in evidence collected through such action be held inadmissible at trial; Provided, that the time required for judicial deliberation shall not be included in the time limit.
